Mark and Ollie from Pristine Dry completed my professional carpet cleaning today. I was very impressed they even vacumed the carpet and moved all the items on the carpet ontop of the bed and study desk before steam cleaning the carpets. Alot of care was taken to clean the carpets even right up into the corners, they where very thorough. Great work ! 5 Stars, appreciate this, they are very professional.

Mark was a pleasure to deal with. Arrived exactly on time and finished on time. He did a great job cleaning the carpet, removing all stains and the carpet came up looking great. Excellent price and highly recommended! I would definitely use again.

Mark has been cleaning and treating our leather lounges and car seats and car interior regularly. It has made a difference to the longevity of our lounges and the car interior looks new each time it is cleaned. Mark is professional, friendly and punctual. I would recommend his services.

Mark did an excellent job on our carpet cleaning prior to us putting our house on the market. The carpets were well overdue for a clean and they now look really good. Mark was also punctual, helpful with moving smaller items of furniture and good value. Recommended.

We have a 2 year old 2 seater lounge that our dog has claimed as his own. Mark cleaned the lounge and another chair and has brought them back to life. They both look good as new and smell so fresh. May 2022: Very quick and efficient service. My old carpets looked much better afterwards. I highly recommend Mark for carpet cleaning and will get him back again for cleaning other areas at some point.May 2023: After a year, I got Mark out again for carpet cleaning. Another very thorough and efficient job of my old carpet and the mats look brand new. Highly recommend Pristine Dry.

Fantastic service Mark was right on time and did amazing job on two chairs and one sofa he was so good I had him back to do our leather lounge that I had not cleaned in 15 years it came up looking like brand-new will definitely have him back to clean our carpets.

Fantastic Service - End of bond Carpet cleaning, cream carpet. Agent was delighted as carpets were pristine and were cleaner than when we moved in two years prior. Mark has managed to removed old stains from prior tenants. Mark is great very personable and professional. Will be using again

Called Mark into do the carpets of the place we were vacating and the job was spectacular...so two days into the new place looking at our rather dirty old sofas we remembered he also did upholstery cleaning..again instant reply, came out quickly and brought both the modular and the three seater back to life...so much so that we aren't looking to buy a new set of couches.We have had other do the couch and I was not impressed. Call Mark and the job is done just right. You will be amazed, and a little scared, just how well the results look and the amount of dirt that comes out of what you are sitting on.

Highly recommend Mark from Pristine Dry. We have used him twice. He was able to remove stains from carpet that were years old and lift others that we thought we had no chance on to not noticeable. Very Impressive. Also managed to get the tiles and grout in the kitchen and bathrooms to look brand new. In another property, the owner had tried 3 different companies to have the carpet cleaned and never saw it as brilliant as it did after we got Pristine Dry in. Mark is reliable, honest and very good value. Our only go to guy for cleaning floors.
