Mark answered my query immediately and came at the agreed time - always a plus when you need to stay home to allow access.The job was done most efficiently, carpets and rug near new again.Mark was very easy to deal with and I highly recommend him.

Called Mark into do the carpets of the place we were vacating and the job was spectacular...so two days into the new place looking at our rather dirty old sofas we remembered he also did upholstery cleaning..again instant reply, came out quickly and brought both the modular and the three seater back to life...so much so that we aren't looking to buy a new set of couches.We have had other do the couch and I was not impressed. Call Mark and the job is done just right. You will be amazed, and a little scared, just how well the results look and the amount of dirt that comes out of what you are sitting on.
Highly recommend Mark from Pristine Dry. We have used him twice. He was able to remove stains from carpet that were years old and lift others that we thought we had no chance on to not noticeable. Very Impressive. Also managed to get the tiles and grout in the kitchen and bathrooms to look brand new. In another property, the owner had tried 3 different companies to have the carpet cleaned and never saw it as brilliant as it did after we got Pristine Dry in. Mark is reliable, honest and very good value. Our only go to guy for cleaning floors.
